I refer to my report on 12/07/13 and also Morne79 report on 17/09/13 addressed to Edgars for the same complaint on Hello Peter!!
I applied only two months ago for an interest free account my recordings and mails and my report on Hello Peter shows this frustrating matter!!! And guess what NOW it is AVAILABLE to new applicants ONLY TWO months after I was told there is no longer an option like this available!!! How in the world can Edgars operate like this and get away with it???
I've asked yesterday and the day before per email that I want this matter to be taken up and I want a reply on this BUT no one responded!!! I'm paying a astronomic 22% interest on an option that I did ask NOT for I want to apply for the 6 months interest free option!!! Edgars please come to light and explain!!!
