What a piece of rubbish this desktop viewer. Its honestly the worst piece of software I have seen in ages. Full of bugs - its permanently in Beta testing cos you are never going to get it to an acceptable level. Basically I either download a full movie and then it wont play - keeps coming back with error C2004. Else it only half downloads a movie and then gets stuck.
For a company that has the gall to charge what it does - how can you think that this level of service is acceptable??!!
I think Im going to cancel my subscription because you guys are sooooo rubbish. You should be embarrassed.
