Tablet under warranty returns with more problems

I received an Asus EEEpad as a birthday present. After 2 weeks of use the tablet became unresponsive. I took the tablet to Asus repair centre in Bryanston. After 2 weeks they told me to come an pick it up as they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I received the tablet that had no power, but once I got it charged I noticed that it still wasn't working. I took it back to them and showed the technician that it wasn't working. He confirmed and booked it in again.

Two weeks later I picked it up again and it still wasn't working. I returned and this time they said they will replace the touchpad inside. Again I picked it up and once got it charged noticed that it wasn't working. Yet again I returned. This time they said they will replace the motherboard. Upon receiving it again powerless I notic3ed that the volume control button no longer functions, the 3G doesn't pickup any signal, the touchpad still isn't working and my memory card disappeared.

I phoned them and asked to speak to someone in charge. they took down my details and no-one has yet to contact me. Emails that I have send them has just been ignored.

In short, do NOT buy any Asus products as there are no support.
