Asus customer service is the best in SA. Over the past few years they've replaced a number of items that had failed on me no questions asked. Their turnaround time on RMA's is also really quick (Max 1 week). Recently I had RMA'd a motherboard and the replacement motherboard I received was a dud, the person I was dealing with (Fillix) was extremely helpful and arranged to have the 2nd replacement motherboard couriered to me at no cost to me. Furthermore, the motherboard I received was an upgrade to the one that had initially failed. Just want to give them a big 1 and to keep up the good work.
