Thank you to Koos, the manager at the Pretoria iFix, for going the extra mile after I sent an email to complain about terrible service that I received at the Pretoria iFix. Not only did he hand deliver a bunch of flowers to my office but also delivered a laptop part to my husband in Midrand. Although I was initially very disappointed in the service at iFix the quick and professional response from Koos made up for it. Will definitely consider buying at iFix in the future.
