In January this year Nerds-On-Site East Rand collected my laptop from my home with the intention of giving me a quote to have it fixed. The quote was excessive and I requested the machine to be returned on the 30th January, again on 18th February and once more on the 24th April which email was totally ignored. I then contacted them by phone last Wednesday 1st May and Gordan James assured me I would have it back by the following Monday. Today is Wednesday and I am still waiting... This is really beyond pathetic customer service.
