When will they understand that we also work?

I have ordered an item from Nedbank Greenbacks and finally we were alerted that it will be delivered. Dawn Wing phoned us yesterday at 08h20 to say they will be delivering at 13h00 on the 20 August 2013. I had no way of contacting the person who phoned so my wife cancelled pre-arranged appointments and waited at home for the delivery.By 18h00 on the 20th there was still no sign of the couriers. The number they phoned us from was also not available. This morning the 21st August, my wife phoned the couriers but because she did not have a waiver bill number the person who took the call could not really help but she certainly tried and said she will get someone to phone me. This she duly did and well done to her. Christian phoned to say the courier is on the way to my house (This was 08h17) when my wife asked if this was for definite as she waited all day yesterday he was quite arrogant and said well they should be there in 10 minutes. The reason for my wife asking about the time is that she has an appointment at 09h30. Well the appointment has been cancelled once again and the client thinks we are inefficient and still no delivery- BAD BAD SERVICE TO DAWN WING
