I have never, in my life, received such terrible service from any company!

I ordered a LAMB OF shirt for the upcoming event upon receiving the package it was a RISE AGAINST shirt. The complete wrong order.
I sent an email through and got a call back saying that a new shirt will be delivered to me before the concert, I was happy with this arrangement... or so I thought.
The next day I get a call from Morne telling me that I ordered the wrong shirt. I ordered a Rise Against shirt and not a Lamb Of shirt... I followed the email link that THEY sent to me... I ordered the item from THEIR link yet I'm the one to blame.

Morne then said I must go to the concerts merchandise stand and pick up a shirt from there... He couldn't send me a new shirt. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! How can you expect a client to go out of their way to resolve YOUR issue??
Numerous emails have been sent with no response, they just don't care. Now I'm sitting with a shirt I didn't want. Useless service.

I'm NEVER using this site again to order anything and I will suggest to anyone to stay well away from these guys.
