AWAITING REFUND

I went to the BP Waterloo service station to fill up my car. The amount was R380.05 and used my debit card to pay for the petrol. The attendant swiped my card, I immediately checked my cell phone for the bank notification and saw the attendant had punched in the incorrect amount. The amount debited from my account was R3800.05 and not R380.05. The manager had then refunded the money to my account and did the sale for R380.05. I had checked the next day if the money was in my account but it was not. I was then informed by the manager that it would take 3 days to be in my account. This is creating a problem for me as I have debit orders that are going off my account. I had to transfer money from my own credit card to my debit card to cover my debit orders. If any of my debit orders were rejected this would have an impact on my credit history and I would be liable for the bank charges. I have been very patient with the whole situation and need MY money urgently!
