On 23 May I paid an account of R3340 with my debit card. Only to later receive an sms saying the transaction was rejected due to it being over my daily limit.
I checked my bank account, no outstanding debit orders, no transaction has gone through. Even though the cc machine at the company said it had gone through.

Thinking it had not gone through as that's what my bank account has told me. I then EFT the money to the supplier on 24 May.

Then this morning I wake up to an sms saying that the amount of R3340 has gone off my account, leaving me with a negative balance of over R1500!!??

I check my bank account and there it is. The debit card I swiped on 23 May, that didn't go through, went through this morning!! AFTER I was told, by the bank it hadn't.

I want this reversed asap. That is my rent money and the company who now has my money, won't refund until next week. My rent is due tomorrow.
