I have purchased a Renault Megane F1 R26 2008 from Renault Princess Crossing in January after giving me the runaround for three weeks the vehicle arrived at the branch on the 23rd of January. I pointed out some visible problems on the vehicle to be fixed and I eventually received the vehicle on Friday the 25th of January.
I returned the vehicle on the 30th of January for repairs to be done to the following known problems:
v Front grill that fell out due to the bumper being loose
v The bumper to be fixed
v The air- not working
v The car overheating (due to decaying pipe)
After waiting 4 weeks and a hundred and one excuses I eventually received my vehicle back on the 1st of March!
Needless to say that I returned the vehicle again on the 14th of March as not everything was attended to the four weeks that they were sitting with my vehicle!!
v Air- still not working
v Bumper not fixed properly (used cable ties to attach to car)
I'm already experiencing problems phoning the branch for an update on the vehicle as "no one is aware of who needs to order these parts.
They phoned me to book the car in last Thursday to be fixed. Im still waiting for my car. CPA?
