My Vehicle keys were locked inside the vehicle and I had called out the AA for assistance, they did not pitch so I was forced to call out a locksmith for assistance and have to shell out the money for the services from the locksmith.
I have been a member for AA for quiet a while and the service I've received is pathetic, as I had called in to claim my money back for the locksmith but I was told that they could not pay me the full amount of R969.00 but can only pay out R385.00.
Please could you assist me with this matter as the AA provides me a service as I pay for it every month and feel that this unacceptable and my experience was not up to standard.
