Following two burglaries in our complex yesterday I needed someone to fix my security door lock quite urgently before work. I phoned Northcliff Locksmith, but they were fully booked. I explained my problem and without hesitating the lady who took the call referred me to another locksmith in the area who managed to help me (Kudo's to Andy's Locksmiths as well for the efficient service). Great problem solving on their part even if it meant they didn't "make the sale". Much appreciated and they'll definitely be my first call next time I'm in need of a locksmith.
