Ix 35 flatspot

My ix35 was made with a flatspot between 2nd and 3de gear, i took my car back to get it fixed, but hyundai just gave me a letter from there head office stating that the hyundai ix35 was made with a defect and they cant fix my car, so i took them to the onbutsman and i am now waiting for the outcome
