I Would like to thank Outsurance for always providing excellent service.
This morning I locked my car keys in my car (once again!). I phoned Outsurance to find out whether locksmith services were part of the help@out package. Steven from Outsurance informed me that I was entitled to the services of a locksmith and that they would dispatch someone to assist me immediately.
The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call. During the 20 minute waiting period Steven phoned twice to inform me that the locksmith was on his way.
This is not the first time that I have received quick, efficient and friendly service from Outsurance.
Well done Outsurance. You are truly an example of a company that delivers amazing service.
