I locked my keys in the car. I called first for women roadside assistance to send out a locksmith. First the consultant says our policy is cancelled, which we queried because it's not true. Someone confirmed it's not after speaking to a few people. Then they send out a locksmith that's 5 hours away because they can't find one where we located. Which is one of the busiest places in the western cape. Then later they called again to say they can't find one in knysna where we are currently. We stucked on the road since 7 logged the call at 8. It's 11am and we still stranded with my 10 kobtb old.baby and wife. Every single consultant gave us 5 different stories.
