No service, no communication

It has now been a month since i bought a car from Audi Centre Northcliff.
Within in the first seven days i noticed that both the side view mirrors cannot be adjusted (causing a safety issue with driving the car) and i brought the car back to them for inspection.
I then found out the person who sold me the car doesnt work there anymore, with the result that the manager had to take over this matter. Another week later i phone them to find out what the status is on this matter and i have had to speak to someone else to find out that they have ordered the parts and there is a 2 week period.
So another 2 weeks later i phone to find out what the is going on. I leave msgs and no-one ever responds to my phone calls. I have to phone THEM everytime to find out whats going on.
I have had one of their loan-cars now for 5 days to find out as well that someone has ordered the wrong colour parts.
I have then tried to phone back to find out if they have made sure that both the mirrrors are going to be replaced and i still havent gotten any response, after i have left 2 messages. The manager has still not responded to me.
They so quick to take your money but dont care once the deal is done.
