My car was not changing gears while i was driving to work last week Wednesday. i called Audi Assist who as per Audi Policy towed my car to Audi Northcliff. The service consulted Byron who assisted me was very condescending. but that's his issue. my car could not be attended to because it was not booked which i understood. however it would have been courteous for them to call me to advise that they would do it the following day. i had to call them to get an update which and the same Byron didn't seem to care that about not calling me. my car was looked at by their technician and sent their report to Audi H.O only to find out that it was supposed to have been sent by a senior technician and not their junior mechanic. this resulted in a whole day being wasted while I pay for a rental car. their Senior mechanic will only look at my car today, 5 days later. Audi Assist was least helpful as well. dealt with a lady called Karen who i must say gives a pathetic service. im yet to find out whats wrong with my car and how long will it take for me to get it back. while i pay Avis for the rented ca
