Audi is a reputable organization and the service which i have been getting from Audi Centurion was absolutely awesome until the day my Audi TT broke down in JHB my entire vision of Audi changed. My Audi was towed to Rivonia which was the closest on Friday, i had the phone the next week Tuesday to find out what is wrong with the car, after 2 weeks i finally get my car back without feedback and still they say some parts is coming from Germany understandable and I'm willing to wait but then the shock all my panels is loose all the pins of the panels broken off, the panel underneath the car is loose which broke into pieces while i was driving to Bloemfontein, Audi Bloem saved the day by cabling it to the body that i can just drive back. My Question if you drive a Car which you pay Hundreds of thousand rands for especially for the service plan and you get a back yard mechanic job what do you do? Know all the panels are broken car might have to go in again me again 2 weeks without a car and i must pay the installment for their back yard job! My maintenance plan is almost up and i was thinking of trading it for a new Audi but after this experience i am going to sell my Audi
