My car went for a service at Audi Northcliff on the 21st of October 2013. My car key stopped working and i am using my spare key. I took the key with the problem to the dealer and to date (3rd December 2013) this issue has not been resolved. I left several messages for them to phone me back. After wanting to speak to the dealer principal, the service adviser phoned me (18 November 2013). I also spoke to the dealer principal stating the problems that I had, he said that he will address the issue. It is now amost 3 weeks later and no response from Audi Northcliff.
