A few months ago while driving in heavy rain the fog light on my car burst. I called Audi & spoke to Bronwyn who started a product complaint investigation. Afterwards I was asked to go to the dealership where my car was purchased (Westrand) to have them take pictures & send them to Audi Head office even though I used to work just 300m from Audi Sandton. I took time off work & had this done. A few weeks later after hearing nothing, I called Audi Head office & was told that Bronwyn was busy and tat she would call me once she's done. I waited 3 days... and nothing. I then called in again & Bronwyn advised that she would get some feedback from the assessors & call me within an hour. It has since been over a week and guess what... not a word from her. During this week I received a call from Audi Westrand to schedule my car for the work to be done... so naturally I didn't bother about not receiving feedback from Bronwyn. I am now at Audi Westrand & am being told that Audi is not covering the damage. Nobody can advise me why, or tell me why I was contacted to bring my car in. They contacted Head office & Bronwyn is not in. I have been reasonable but what more does Audi want... a courtcase???
