After my A3 had a mechanical problem last night I phoned Audi assist who arranged for it to be towed from my home to Audi Centre Rivonia. From there it was a nightmare. It's 24 hours later and my car has never been delivered to the dealership even after multiple phone calls to Audi Centre Rivonia and Audi assist. Every person passed the buck to the next landing me in a vortex of red tape. In desperation I contacted Tracker to find our where my vehicle was this afternoon having thought that it might actually have been. I am now stranded with no way to get to work and I have no idea what the problem with my car is or when Audi will tend to it. I could never have imagened that service from Audi would be this shocking.
