Very poor tunaround on Vehicle repairs

I took my vehicle in for repairs 3 weeks ago. After the service the car had to go back to replace the clutch. When the car came back it would not start. The car went back in on Monday 29th April and has still not returned by the 10th May. No courtesy car was provided. Audi Claremont continues to stall on this issue.
