I suffered a breakdown to my Audi A4 and had the car collected by Audi SA's roadside assistance programme. Since it was late at night the car was taken to the company's yard in Alexandra township and the driver informed me that the car would be taken to Audi Sandton "first thing in the morning". The car was taken to Audi Sandton the following day at 3pm. The front bumper was badly damaged during the storage and delivery period and I have made numerous attempts to inform Audi SA about the matter but to date nobody has responded to address the issue. This service from Audi SA is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
