Precision Repair Centre has had my car for 2 months now. i paid the excess amount a month ago for it to get fixed & each time i contact them to find out what is happening, i am shoved from pillar to post. Mysteriously, the person im supposed to talk to is always unavailable, my numbers are taken down with the promise to call me back - but they never do. They dont even have the audecity to give me a courtesy call - so as to inform me, so that my worries are relieved. I am very angry with Precision.
