Bad customer service

On the 1st of November we took in cylinder head and cam shaft to be fixed, they promised that it will be finished by the 7th of November.
After how many calls we only got it back by the 15th of November.
Then we need to take it to some one else to set the valves. Those guys could not do anything as Precision has made a mistake with the initial job.
So the parts went back to Precision engineering on the 18th of November.
This is a urgent job as my wife need her car to get to work, we don't have other transport.

Precision don't call us back and cannot tell us when we can get the parts and the owner refuse to speak to us.

This was a mistake on their side, and when you phone them they promise to find out when we can get the parts and pone us back but they do not keep their promises.

This Friday it will be 3 weeks that we waiting for them and it should have taken a week as they promised.

My Father in law is a mechanic an travelled 400 km to help me put the parts back, now this people at Precision is passing the buck and my Father in law is loosing money at his own business as his should have been finished helping me on the 8th or 9th of November already.

We are very unsatisfied
