I took my car to Precision Repair Centre on 18 March as I am a Outsurance customer and they are an outsurance approved centre and close to my work for a quote and the lady said they dont do quotes when there is a power failure. I went there again the afternoon after the power came on and I asked for a quote and once again the front desk said that only Sergio does quotes and he is not in.
Today 19 March I phoned to ask if someone can assist me with a quote and another lady asked me what model it is so I replied it is a ford fiesta and her reply was "'we have got a contract with landrover and have to alot of work so rather take your car somewhere else..."
