We waited very long for parts from my vehicle's manufacturer. Additionally Precision only realised at a late stage that they had not ordered a specific part and the wait was extended. After I approached Nelson for help, he offered to supply me with a courtesy vehicle. Finally, they also accepted responsibility for their part in the delay and amicably fulfilled their responsibility. The quality of work that I received is well worth recommending.
