This by far the worst experience i have ever had with any supplier of any kind. My car was towed in on the 24th of Jan 2013 and its now almost end of April and i stll have not gotten back my car. When towed i explicitly told them that the steering pump needs to be replaced but they ignored me. I found myself driving to their premises a few times and met the GM Wayne who was not helpful as he himself did not even keep to his promise that he will provide feedback. I am truly at the moment and if your insurer takes you to Sanrose please do your ultimate best to reconsider or ask for alternative options... The fact that you as the customer have to run after them to get feedback is rather shocking and they do not even show remorse for inconveniencing you. I had to call them now only to find out that the part will take an EXTRA 2 WEEKS to arrive, if i had not called they would not be bothered by it.

Truly the worst experience in my existing life and will also recommend that they get removed from Iwyze body shop list because this is shocking!!! Empty promises, no feedback and lots of attitude as if they are doing you a favour while you are paying them every cent!!! USELESS!!
