We fitted a garage with Precision doors 3 years ago and over the Easter Holidays while entertaining guests we opened our garage door and it collapsed almost hitting a 4 year old child. We called the company and complained and they told us that they can only come after the long weekend. We had to again contact them on Tuesday to fix the door and they send a guy to do a quote, as we had to pay for the repair even though their cable snapped. We made an agreement for the them to fix the door and we will pay them Cash immediately once fixed with Suresh Singh on 04/03/2013 moring. He said he will send a manual invoice and warranty, when i asked the workers for the aforementioned they said they dint even need to be here as they have not been paid yet and packed up and left. I called Suresh Singh to inform him of his staffs behaviour and he said they would not do that and they don't do jobs without being paid first. Which is in direct conflict of the first agreement. This is unacceptable and he should learn customer service skills and send his staff for customer service training. I have since not heard anything from Precision Doors.
