My parcel was send back to the sender after I had arrangement twice with the delivery guy to have it dropped off at my home. Both time he didn't come. I think this is completely unacceptable. I'm a busy person and on both occasions I had make sure i was home and ended up waiting around for a no show.
If I hadnt seen the Return To Sender slip shoved under my door I would not have even known that the courier was here.
The Agent's name was Liowel, Cell number 0716416030. The excuse given was that they could not reach me on my cellphone but I feel this is irrelevant because we still agreed on a day and time of delivery. My phone being off should not have changed our arrangement.
This is not the level of professionalism that I, or any of your customers expect, Fastway Couriers. At least I now know I should rely on a different company to make sure I get my parcels after I make specific arrangements to receive them. Timefreight, Berco, and DHL have never let me down.
