I am so superbly unhappy with the service I have received from Fastway Couriers South Africa. Over the past 14 months I have ordered parcels from Learn2Craft in Johannesburg which have been delivered to Vanderbijlpark by Fastway. They NEVER phone before delivery, which is always printed on the delivery form. With this last delivery, it was onboard their vehicle in the Vaal on the 14th February and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Needless to say - I have no parcel. Pathetic service. I needed to give part of the parcel as a gift to someone today and now I can't! Do something to fix this please.
