One of my suppliers in Johannesburg sent me a parcel using Fastway. The parcel was picked up on the 27 November. It's was on a delivery vehicle to me on the 29th, on the 2nd of December and on today and it's still not delivered.
I phone to find out where my parcel is, and all they can tell me is the will have to track it and phone me back. This company has a huge problem in delivery parcels.
