It's the 3 time in a few months that suppliers shipped goods to me through Fastway, each time without my knowledge, and I end up running around to get my goods. Fastway just shrugs off their responsibility by saying the sender should have checked if they cover the area of delivery - I say it's your responsibility as a service provider to accept or decline a service, if you accepts a parcel as a service provider then you have committed to the service and do not only days or weeks later say "we do not deliver in your area", that is bad service and is NOT what we expect from a service provider.
