No care attitude nor communication
One of my cars keys had broken and it had to be warrantied before they could fix it. I received a call from Shirad last week Wed to inform me that I would need to bring my car in for a day in order to pair it with the new key. I booked it for today, Monday 22/04/2013. Last Friday 19/04/2013 a lady from Kia Northcliff called me to ask when I would like to bring my car in, I couldn't believe it. Today I took my car in, I got there at 7am when they opened as I wanted them to start working on my car asap as I needed it to run some errands. The service reception area was a mess, it was being painted and the chairs were everywhere. Nobody ever said to me I can help myself to coffee so I said there and waited for someone to take me to Cresta. Not once when took my car there for 2 of its services was I told that the driver only starts working at 7:45am. Today at 7:30 I turned around to the lady at reception and asked her if anyone was going to take me to Cresta, only then did she tell me that he only arrived at 7:45. So whats the point of teling customers they can drop their cars off at 7am? I was beyond fuming when I left here today.
