I am out of the country. My wife's - Ford Focus 2003 model at home, fail to start. Requested Novel Ford Windhoek, Namibia if they could send some-one or alternatively have the car towed in to the workshop to have a look. I expected the response, but i always hope for the best in things, but given their poor part support and other services, I should have known.."Sorry Sir, we cannot help you", bring the car to us. The Slogan "Go Further", I guess means "go further into your pocket, go further in frustrating you, for further in proving that any of the Noval backed products you buy, Volvo, Landrover, Ford..your will have to go further to get service and possibly buy the product also some-where else.
