They phoned to say Peugeot Hatfield has been waiting for me to bring in the car for the bumper fixing since Wednesday they could not find me they even left a message with my son. (My son is 1year 7 months). I said I can bring in the car same day-Thursday. Peugeot SA said no I must bring it on Friday, he later on said no I must bring it on Monday because they are fully booked. On Monday I phone to b4 I bring in the car, the workshop manager Pierre said I must bring it on Wednesday at 7am. I took the car today Wednesday at 7am. Charney said she will call me when the car is ready. She did call me now at 3:46 to say my bumper has not arrived yet so my car must stay over. She doesn't know when the bumper will arrive. I asked why has my car been there for whole day? She said she doesn't know. I asked to speak to the manger she said he is not available. I said then I have to report them again to hello peter and she said its FINE. I MEAN really is this what I get after paying R25, 000 2 months ago for the bumper? I why did the guy from Peugeot SA said they are waiting for me to fix the car when parts are still not there? why did Pierre said I must come today? why keep the car from 7-3?
