Took my car in for a service and received it back the same day. The next morning I planned to leave for Polokwane and Tzaneen at 5:00 from Brakpan, which is a very far distance to travel in one day for work. When I tried to start my car I heard something dripping and smelled some petrol, my car didn't start at all. I tried phoning the cell number on the website no answer; they start work at 7:15 but only answer the phones at 7:25. I told them this is very urgent and I need a curtsey car so that I can leave ASAP they responded we do not have curtsey cars, I will have to wait until the Mechanic starts working and then they will send him to repair my car. The Mechanic only arrived at 8:00 and then I had to wait until my car was done. Now I will have to phone my boss and let him now sorry none off the plans made will be done today we will have to postpone, because we planned weeks ahead and there is no way I will make both sites if I leave at 8:30 - 9:00. Polokwane is about 3 hours and 30 min and from there to Tzaneen is another 2 hours excluding the time I spend onsite.
