We bought a car from Velocity cars in October 2012.The main issues left is the car radio was not in fully working conditiion so Asif the sales man promised its no problem they will fix it. They said they will order one it will take 3 weeks. In between was many fight many more broken promises and no service. Monday i phoned mazda where they said they send the radio to to be sorted out. no one at mazda at a clue what i was talking about eventualy they got hold of everything which they thought was already done. So they said the radio will be here latest monday. thursday afternoon they informed me the radio is here i can bring the car friday.. mazda wanted to know who is responsible for payment i refered them to asif. Asif said they will fetch the radio from mazda and pay for it as they will install the radio themselves. 3'o clock today i phoned the manager of Velocity nothing was yet done regarding this.. i told him enough is enough as we are doing their jobs.. According toe Sharief they were following up the whole time but mazda had no idea about velocity the radio or asif so nothing makes sense. I still have not received my radio. All i have been getting is empty promises
