Dishonest staff and THE MANAGER my money!

On the 02.04/13 I took a radiator with a very small leak to Silverton Radiatotrs to be repaired. I ask if the repair can be done. I was informed that it will be done with a 3 month warranty. The next day when i collected it i saw that the small leak was not repaired. I ask to show me where it was repaired. They could not show me and i ask why must pay R 320-00 FOR WHAT? I was told that it will be repaired the following day and i was told that there was no sun available to be used with the type of glue!!! I collected the radiator the next day and was told that they can not pressure test due to a problem. I was also informed that there is no warranty. The invoice show a 3 month warranty. I ask for a new radiator that is R2400-00 minus 15% total to R2000-00.I told THE MANAGER ROBBIE BLACK that i want i refund and he agreed to that. I collected the new radiator yesterday and i was told that the R320-00 can not be refunded as there is no warranty. Also he is to BUZY to talk to customers and send messages through his receptionist. I phoned other dealers also offering 15% discount so it is no big deal. I WANT my R320-00 BACK for their dishonest way of dealings
