I had a leak in my radiator and went to Silverton Radiators to repair my car, since the radiator was under warranty with East Coast Radiators Empangeni. I was referred to GWM because Silverton radiators did not have radiators. East Coast Radiators Empangeni who fitted the original radiator said that the warranty does not exist anymore and are not going to repair the radiator under the warranty. The radiator was about 9 months old. So I decided to take my vehicle to GWM Newcastle. My Vehicle is with GWM Newcastle since 02-04-2013 to date. GWM fitted a new radiator, thermostat and 3 fan belts. GWM took my Vehicle out on the highway 2 times before they took it to Silverton radiators for testing to see if everything is ok. The report from Silverton radiators said that the head gasket is gone and needs to be repaired. I need help in this matter because I think that GWM Newcastle is liable for the repairs to my Vehicle since they drove the Vehicle before any test was done. There was nothing wrong with the engine before I gave it to GWM Newcastle for a leaking radiator replacement.
