I requested Primrose motorcycles to service my daughter's Puzzey 125cc. After about 2 weeks they phoned me and said the bike was ready. When i went to pick it up, i paid over R1000 for the service. After i loaded the bike i had this gut feel to start and check the bike before we left. With some serious difficulty and after about 5 min kicking we finally got the bike to start, just to discover white oil flowing from the overflow pipe from the motor.
The first response from one of the sales or service guys were that we flooded the bike, causing the fuel to mix with the oil. I mean, really? We then left the bike there for them to try again. On Monday one of the guys phoned me and said that the bike was now fixed, explaining it could be water in the oil because of the rain. When i went back to collect the bike, they got one of the workshop workers to bring the bike to my car. He started the bike with some difficulty and said there you go. I asked him to adjust the idling because it was very very high. With a terrible attitude he finally adjusted the idling. When i got home i discovered they didn't even change the air filter and 5 bolts were still lose. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN
