The 19th of April 2013 around 15:00 i found out a problem on my car so I went to them..On arrival I see new management..So ok i speak to a guy that I normally speak to, he says, lets put it up and check..so we check the car, find out what needs to be done..So I speak to another guy and he says I must go buy the part and he will charge me depending how long his guy takes to install..so ok I go get the part..While waiting to install the part the manager comes to me and says, so what did you decide to do, I said I spoke to the other guy and waiting for him to quote me on labour cost..So he tells me theres no time to wait, i must decide now because there are plenty cars waiting to go onto the ramps and im holding up his que and I must decide now..So I told him I want the part changed..Then he says ok we can do it for R600 if you supply your own part..I was shocked because the first guy I spoke to quoted me R500 incl their own part..
So the guy changes the part and takes 15min to change it..I was like R600 for 15min??? Even the guy who installed the part was shocked at the price I was quoted..This is terrible service from them and need an explanation. I was ripped off...
