Took my wife's car there this morning to replace a radiator and get a call to pick the car up 2hrs later as work is completed.
When I pick up the car the lady tells me that they cannot give me the 12 month warranty as the car has a head gasket leak and would damage the radiator. I go straight to a trusted mechanic to verify their claims. He checks the car out and says that there is no compression loss and hence no chance of head gasket damage, he could have and got easy business if he wanted.
I take the car back for them to show me how they tested it. They put a blue liquid that bubbles from the radiator cap and if there is carbon monoxide detected it turns yellow. The test was done twice in front of me while they revving the car at idle and the liquid didn't change colour!!!
No apology from the owner who behaved like he was doing me a favour and treated me like a criminal. I felt sick to my stomach after dealing with these goons. There are other places to take your car to replace a radiator and I will NEVER use them again!!!
Deal with them at your own detriment, you have been warned!
