BAD SERVICE

Bought Foton Thunda bakkie November 2011 in which we found numerous problems with the vehicle. Contacted the dealerships on numerous occassions and two services later still nothing sorted. I have all the email correspondence that we sent to the dealerships and chery customer care. Now 3rd
service was due in January 2013 & when I called to book a service I was told that they no longer deal with the foton bakkies & cannot service the vehicle even though we paid up front for a 3 year service plan. Now because we are overdue on the mileage out of their incompetence to help us they expect us at chery Diep river to pay for the service upfront & before they sort out all the problems that was not dealt with since November 2011. I think that the service should be paid by the Milnerton chery as they did not inform us as their customer that they no longer deal with the vehicles. I am so tired of all the up and down problems and paid service where no one seems to care about the end customer. All I want is for Chery Milnerton to take responsibility and sort out the 3rd service and fix the problems outstanding for once and for all they were very eager to sell us the vehicle & get paid.
