Chery fails to fix gearbox

I bougt a Chery J5 from Chery Parow in August 2010, thinking it was ok because it was backed by McCarth South Africa. This car came with a 3 year service plan and a 3 year warranty. In February 2013 at about 23000 Kim the gearbox started giving trouble. I took it to Chery Wynberg and they told me to take it to Kia Plumstead who count not find the fault. I then took it to Chery Milnerton, becuase the workshop manager Ebrahim knew this car. He kept the vehicle for over a month, then gave the car back to me saying it was fixed. This however was not the case. He then took particulars of the car and sent it to China. He then told me that China was going to replace the gearbox. I then spoke to him at a later stage then he told me he sent it to Sparlight Gearboxes. However he sent it to someone else an they did a diagnosis and informed Ebrahim of what parts to get from China. This all happened more than a month ago. I tried getting him or the dealer principle to update me on the progress, but it seems they are ignoring me. I left numerous messages for them to return my calls, but to no avail. This is unecceptale. In the mean time I don't have any wheels to get me fron point a to point b.
