Pathetic Service

I have purchased my vehicle from Chery umhlanga in March 2012. Since then I have been having problems with my fuel guage. I have been consistently sending emails to customer care at Chery SA. I was told that I am required to contact China. Wich I have been doing. I have forwarded all the problems I have experienced with the faulty Reading on the guage. 20 months have passed and I still got a faulty fuel guage.
I have not been contacted by any representative of Chery SA.
I have called numerously but to be told, the technicians are on trainin and would call be back but they never do.
Is this the service that I am paying for?
I want a fix done on my vehicle or take it back.
I am tired of keeping sending emails and getting no response at all.
