My Nissan Xtrail blue headgasket in 2011 and since she was automotic was taken back to Nelspruit on lowbed tow in truck. My husband took it to his preferred Service provider since she was out of her warranty. Today I am absolutely devastated and so dissappointed with what they did to my vehicle, from gearbox that was damaged, parts that they lost in their workshop, bolts that were grinded off my vehicle, body paint that was damaged, doors that were damaged, engine that is now damaged, timing chain and wiring that were cut off and now she is back at the dealers with a R40K quotation with pistons rings and what you have to have to be repaired. I was without a Vehicle for over a year and had to run costs to hire a vehicle, and when we addressed this with him he promised to pay me back since I had to pay for all the expenses in getting my vehicle back. When we gave him our invoices and costs he passed the bug to his insurance which of course declined the claim saying that it was not covered under his faulty workmanship. Should Service Providers like this be able to get away with so much damage to one car and then still have the odassity to ignore your calls and get away>???
