Poor service, over promised under delivered

We bought an H1 Hyundai in October 2012 from Chery Isando dealership, they said it has a service plan to 120 000km. False not true only to 100 000km. full service history, false, 60 000km service not carried out. They made the arrangements to pick up the vehicle and take it for service after 6 weeks of fighting to get confirmation if vehicle was serviced or not and they bring the vehicle back damaged and refuse to take responsibility for the damage. Spare key and mats were supposed to be supplied and we have waited for 6 months for these to be supplied. Chery SA takes no responsibility for there dealerships actions if the vehicle is not a Chery. So they can sell anything how ever they want giving you really bad service and they say because it is not a Chery then it does not matter to them. I must take it up with Multi Franchise. It was taken up with multi franchise as well 2 weeks ago and nothing. bi have not heard from them either. I have sent letters and email between Chery Isando, Chery SA and Multi franchise and quite honestly service and response is appalling. You buy a vehicle for R300 000.00 and this is the service you get, Shocking just shocking. no more words.
