10 weeks and counting for warranty Repairs

My zotye has had endless faults. I cannot recall the amount of times it has been in for repairs. Parow is the only dealership that services the vehicle in CT area. The vehicle is currently undergoing repairs once again, and I have already waited ten weeks and they are no further along. They are awaiting parts, yet the timeline in aquiring the parts is completely out of line with reasonable expectation. The service consultant is trying his best however he is dealing with issues that should have been escalated. When I contact Imperial regarding the issue they reply with the generic "we strive for blah blah blah" and I get another call from the consultant who can do nothing more than relay information I already know. I am yet to hear from anyone who has tangible leverage and can direct accountabilty and address the real issues. I am a 1 car family and the effects of being without a vehicle for so long is taking its toll. After six weeks I asked for a courtesy car and I was flatly refused.

Word of advise to potential Zotye purchasers - the vehicle is highly unreliable, but worse than that, the level of after sales service does nothing to compensate; they merely compound the problems
